I don't think they're trustworthy enough to manage that, but even if they were, they wouldn't do it because it would eat into their profits.

I've just stopped subscribing to new channels unless they have a human presenting the content, and that human is present on-screen for an appreciable amount of time throughout the video. Although, it won't be long before the video "tells" are no longer reliable, just like the audio tells are no longer reliable.

Check it out, anyone can build them, they plug into any app in the ecosystem. Building an YT algorithm while still outsourcing video hosting/serving to YT is a good starting point
