Lenovo Support – Hot Garbage
I bought my machine first-hand from Lenovo 6ish weeks ago and have just sent them a letter threatening court action unless I get a refund, after their technician left it in a worse state than he found it in.

Has anyone else suffered through their incompetence?

In my one encounter with them I sent them a message detailing the issues I was experiencing along with what I had done to remedy the problems and the results. They emailed me asking for clarification on one point (my fault, I used ambiguous language). Their response to my clarification was that I had done everything they would have asked me to do and they would send me a new computer. Whole thing took 3 days from start to new computer at my door step. It was a good experience.

You took an adversarial position; I put in the hour or two required to make the jobs of those with thankless jobs, easier. Perhaps you tried to work with them at the start but your terse post does not suggest that, it suggests that you demanded satisfaction.
You ever get this to work with Comcast?
